ESPRESSO
The Rooster Riser is our expresso bean which confuses many as it is not our darkest roast. But the fact is the lighter you roast your bean the more caffeine it will contain. As with the darkest roast, many of the caffeine molecules are burned away. The Rooster Riser packs a jolt of caffeine while providing a bold smooth flavor. These beans will have you jumping to get those unfinished projects done while giving you an enjoyable taste in your morning cup.
OLIO
THREE BEAN BLEND
The Olio is a mixture of all three of our roasted beans. This blend provides a very unique taste and has been a favorite among our customers. It has the strong bolt taste of our French but with a Jolt of caffeine from our medium roast and the smoothness of our expresso. This blend was a creation by our Roaster David and is sure to be something you will enjoy.
WAKE N BAKE
FRENCH ROAST
This is our darkest & most robust Roast of Coffee Beans. The Wake N’ Bake produces a strong flavor while not having bitterness. Due to the roasting of the bean, this does contain the least amount of caffeine of our beans. Be warned it will tantalize your taste buds to wanting more & more.
RISE N GRIND
MEDIUM ROAST
Rise N Grind is our lightest roast. These beans carry a balanced flavor with a medium amount of caffeine. This transitions into a very smooth taste of coffee. These beans are roasted to the lowest temperature of all of our roasts. Once brewed up they are sure to keep you smiling throughout the day.
