Blackberry Hard Cider

Did you know: farmers have to wait until the second year after planting to expect a blackberry harvest? We’ve tamed this finicky fruit in our seasonal favorite hard cider, pressing the juice within days of harvest at the peak of flavor.
Uniquely Jack Russell: Each year we farm acres of blackberries for our own use. Mild temps in Northern California allow blackberries to grow and ripen from late spring to early fall, but we’ve found the sweet spot for harvest in late summer, around August.
ABV: 6.5%
Color: Deep red – almost wine-like.
