Apple Hard Cider

Cider is yet another nod to our friends across the pond in the UK. Made from the juice of apples, we allow the yeast to work a little harder, fermenting out more of the sugar sweetness to deliver a dry, crisp finish.

Uniquely Jack Russell: Making hard cider is easy. Making it refreshing is something completely different. Using apples sourced from local growers, we’ve dialed-in a recipe that reflects both the region (“terroir” as the wine folks call it) and our West Coast attitude.

ABV: 6.4%

Color: Cloudy, pale brown. Is it safe to describe it as, “mysteriously murky?”
