All American Ale

From the region of the country that revolutionized the beer world with the introduction of hoppy Pale Ales in the late 1970’s comes a smooth adaptation of the style. This brew is American through-and-through, using Flaked Corn, or “Maize,” for lighter body and color. Don’t expect to compromise on taste – you’ll wonder how we were able to pack in so much flavor.

Uniquely Jack Russell: we use Flaked Corn for it’s sweet flavor in this ale’s grain bill, Adding to the mash with other specialty grain gives us a great source of fermentable sugars while keeping calories and ABV in-check.

Color: Light straw to golden.

ABV: 5.2%
